Not necessarily. It is easier to have both, and there are some views that can only be taken with each different size of sensor. The size 2 is not well suited for large dogs. In cats and small dogs it can be difficult to obtain views in the caudal mouth with just a size 4. We provide videos on how to take extraoral views to combat this. You could start with one size and upgrade at a later date. We are happy to advise on which starting size is best for you.

If you do not already have a dental X-ray system in place then you may require additional software. We are happy to discuss this further.

No, we highlight the size 4 sensor as it is an exciting new development and we are proud to provide this. We also sell the highest quality size 2 sensor available and can discuss a range of X-ray generator options and installation, at extremely competitive prices. We also specialise in equipment to optimise acquiring dental radiographs and educational support.

Yes. Both the size 2 and size 4 sensors come with a 2 year warranty.
